Questions about 1:1 training
How many sessions per week do I need?+
Flexible — it depends on your goals. Some clients train twice a week, others four. We'll work out the right frequency for you in your free consult, based on what you want to achieve and what fits your life.
How long are sessions?+
Most sessions are 60 minutes. Some clients prefer 45 or 75 — we adjust to your goal and energy.
Where is the studio?+
Ground Floor, 349 Pacific Hwy, North Sydney NSW 2060. Right on the bus route, with street parking nearby.
Is the studio private?+
Mostly. Most sessions are just you and Puneet. Occasionally another client is finishing up or starting their session — but you're never training alongside strangers like in a commercial gym.
Is there parking?+
Street parking is available right outside, and the studio is directly on the Pacific Hwy bus route — easy access from anywhere on the North Shore.
What happens in my first session?+
Your first session is a movement screen, body composition baseline, and goal-setting conversation. By the end of it, you'll have a clear plan for the next 12 weeks — and you'll have done some real training too.
Do I need to be fit already?+
No. Most clients start out of routine or out of shape. Puneet builds your program from where you are right now — not where you think you should be.
